A Hudson, Texas woman smiled for police Tuesday after authorities say she stabbed her common-law husband with scissors in the chest, hand and knee for performing badly in bed.
Police arrested 26-year-old Michelle Thomas yesterday after being called to her home by the victim.
The man told police that after having a sexual encounter that left her “unsatisfied” she grabbed a pair of scissors and began “slashing at him.”
Police say the man had superficial cuts to his chest, thumb, and knee but said he did not want to press charges.
Thomas says however that her husband, who had been drinking, threw her onto the bed and began choking her.
After finding no visible injuries to corroborate her story, she was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and assault with a deadly weapon to the dismay of her spouse.
If convicted she could get up to 20 years in prison and face a $10,000 fine.
She seems awfully happy to be arrested, doesn’t she? SMH…
