Any female models/actresses looking to be an extra in the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton, must meet the film’s racist guidelines in order to be considered.

Sande Allesi Casting put out a now deleted notice on Facebook looking for women of different complexions, who will be placed in categories A  through D based on their skin color, and hair.

At the top of the list are the Casting Call list are the “A Girls,” who can be of any race and must have real hair.  The dark skinned women fall in the lowest category  of “D Girls” who are described as “poor” and “out of shape,” while women of the “medium to light skinned” persuasion are the “C Girls” and can wear  weaves.

Gawker posted the female casting restrictions:

Imagine a person having to send an email and identify themselves as a “D Girl.” That probably doesn’t feel great. Nonetheless,  the post has since been removed, which means Sandi Alessi Casting saw the error of their ways, or didn’t feel like dealing with the inevitable backlash coming their way.

Meanwhile, Sandi Alessi’s casting guidelines for African-American males for Straight Outta Compton makes no distinction between skin color.

The company has casted for commercials television, and feature films The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Deep, and the Argo, directed by Ben Affleck.
