Friday (August 1), Team Epiphany and Complex Media held their fourth and final #SUMMERFRIDAYS soiree at Verboten in Brooklyn. But little to the party goers’ knowledge, the respective brands had a surprise up their sleeves.
The special guest was producer DJ Mustard, who closed the afternoon on the ones and twos. A growing, but already deep list of production credits assured that the Los Angeles native had more than enough ammo to end the even on a high note. After spinning tunes like “Who Do You Love,” “Paranoid,” and “R.I.P.,” Mustard invited RCA Records’ own Tinashe out to perform her hit single “2 On.”
Paired with an open bar of libations provided by Hennessy and Belvedere, it’s safe to say that Mustard’s job wasn’t that difficult. Hit the jump for a photo recap.
