Paul George is getting zero sympathy points from a New York City judge who lambasted him for circumventing parental responsibilities. George has a 5-month-old daughter with, Daniela Rajic, a 24-year-old former stripper suing him for child support.

George, also 24, has been dodging the law and Justice Matthew Cooper is fed up. “Even though it is all but certain that [George] is the father of the 5-month-old baby girl at the center of this case,” he wrote in a 10-page paternity ruling. “He has gone to every length imaginable to avoid taking responsibility for his actions.”

The Indiana Pacers player wanted the case moved to the Florida where the child was conceived versus New York where the baby was born and Rajic’s works. His legal motions were a way of stalling, Cooper says.

Cooper goes on to call George and his lawyers at Gordon & Rees to the carpet for making false legal claims, in addition to blasting the NBA baller for requesting sole custody of a baby that he has yet to meet. “It is beyond comprehension how [George] could vouch for his skill at caring for the child while disparaging [Rajic’s] abilities when he has never even seen the child, asked to see the child, or offered to provide for the child’s needs,” added the judge.

Early last month George suffered a gruesome injury that he argued was keeping him from court. Cooper noted that, despite the injury, George was  “able to attend press conferences, travel for recreation and ride in his new Ferrari.”
