Dave East returns to his Black Rose tape and drops a video treatment for “Free Charlie.”

The black and white visual takes viewers through the rapper’s native borough of East Harlem as he waxes deep poetics about his a close comrade who was incarcerated shortly before Dave released his debut compilation.
