Colin Kaepernick defiantly ignored the NFL’s new regulation that Beats By Dre headphones were outlawed on camera by sporting a bright pink pair during a postgame interview from Week 5 action.

The ban against players being seen with competitor brands extends to TV interviews during pre-season, practice sessions, and on game days up until 90 minutes after the play has ended.

When asked whether Beats would step up and pay his fine, Kaepernick replied, “I’m going to let that be unanswered.”
