Tuesday, South African Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius began serving his five-year sentence for culpable homicide in the 2013 death of his former girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
Pistorius will join a group of celebs either accused of or associated with killings. All manner of athletes, actors and musicians have similar charges, and the list of 14 celebrities who allegedly caught bodies is a long and somewhat surprising one.

In 2006, singer and actor Brandy Norwood’s Land Rover struck another vehicle on the 405 Freeway and caused a four-car wreck. Authorities ultimately ruled against charging Norwood with a misdemeanor manslaughter charge and Norwood settled with the victim’s families out of court.
Don King had a 1954 murder charge reduced to justifiable homicide. But the legendary boxing promoter was still sentenced to prison in 1967 on a manslaughter charge for beating a man to death over an alleged disagreement about $600.

In addition to a platinum plaque for the 1998 album Bossalinie and a gold one for the 1999 album Life Or Death, C-Murder boasts a second-degree murder charge for the in the 2002 shooting of Steve Thomas.
Before starring on the Fox show Roc, actor Charles S. Dutton spent seven-and-a-half years in prison for reportedly stabbing a man in a street fight. While locked up, Dutton studied drama and was later admitted into the Yale School of Drama.
NBA Center Jayson Williams avoided a reckless manslaughter charge in 2010 when he pleaded to aggravated assault in the 2002 shooting of his hired driver Costas Christofi.
In 2012, New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez signed a potential $40 million contract. By June of 2013, the Patriots cut Hernandez after he was arrested in conjunction with the killing of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd.
Cassidy was hit with 11 and a half to 23 months behind bars, plus probation after a Philadelphia judge declared the rapper guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of 22-year-old Desmond Hawkins.
Former Diplomat affiliate Max B is in the midst of a 75-Year sentence after being convicted of manslaughter, aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, possession of a weapon and conspiracy in 2009.
In 1994, a California jury sentenced Lench Mob rapper J-Dee to 25 years to life for the murder conviction connected with the shooting death of Scott Charles.
Gucci Mane had potential murder charges against him dropped in 2006 due to insufficient evidence. Prosecutors were looking to charge Gucci Mane for the May 10, 2005, shooting death of Henry Lee Clark III. Clark’s body was found outside of a middle school after he and three other men allegedly assaulted the Atlanta rapper in an apartment.
In 2010, forer Bad Boy rapper G. Dep walked into a New York precinct and confessed to the 1993 murder of John Henkel in an attempted robbery. G. Dep, whose real name is Trevell Coleman, was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
