The attorney appointed to oversee the estate of Gary Coleman announced today that the former child star will have no funeral as his ex-wife and ex-girlfriend battle over his assets.

Coleman, who died May 28 after suffering a brain hemorrhage, was taken off life support by his ex-wife Shannon Price after one day in the hospital.

Price has been at the center of controversy after she was pictured in death bed photos of the fallen star that appeared in The Globe tabloid magazine and allegedly bought for $10,000.

Price, who was divorced from Coleman but lived with him at the time of his death, is battling it out with his ex-girlfriend Anna Gray over control of his estate.

Gray was appointed sole executor of his estate in a 2005 will but Price,24, has a handwritten document from Coleman in 2007 that if validated in court would give her access to his assets.

In the 2005 will Coleman asked to be cremated and stated that he did not want a funeral saying “there be no funeral service, wake, or other ceremony memorializing my passing.”

Price recently expressed interest in spreading his ashes over railroad tracks to pay tribute to his love for trains.

The court proceedings between the two women are expected to take several months.
