After a drastic fall from grace that came with a jab to the face to boot, rapper Charles Hamilton is making a comeback and has a record deal with Republic Records to prove it.
Complex reported the news and cited that the terms of the Harlem MC’s contract are currently unclear. The powers that be, however, are already working in Hamilton’s favor; he has a song with Rita Ora called “New York Raining” that appears of the official soundtrack for hit Fox TV series Empire.
As if that weren’t enough, Hamilton is slated to perform at Sayers Club in Los Angeles tonight.
