Fans are clamoring for Surf, the long-awaited project from The Social Experiment, which, of course, includes Chance The Rapper. On Tuesday night (April 28), he revealed that the wait won’t be much longer, but will his idol Kanye West make a guest appearance, too?

Chance performed with The Social Experiment at Michigan State University, where he announced that the project will release in less than a week. Just hours before, a photo surfaced of the rising rapper posing alongside the fellow Chicagoan and G.O.O.D. Music Founder.

West recently stamped Chance’s Save Money partner in rhyme Vic Mensa, who appear on the So Help Me God track “Wolves” and received a Yeezy verse for his new single “U Mad.” Given that intel, it’s quite possible that the “Cocoa Butter Kisses” rapper will appear on West’s highly anticipated LP.

Surf was originally slated to release December 2014. The Social Experiment collective have since been on a roll, releasing gems like “Sunday Candy,” which infer that their new batch of music will be well worth the excruciating wait.
