Krayzie Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony had to cut his tour in Canada short after doctors told him to shut down after a dangerous diagnosis. The Cleveland rapper is battling sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs and the chest.

Krayzie, born Anthony Henderson, spoke exclusively with TMZ about why he had to cut his tour dates short. He also took to Twitter to apologize to fans as well.

From TMZ:

Krayzie tells TMZ he suffers from sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs. He thinks he came down with an intense case of pneumonia during a Canadian tour because his sarcoidosis meds weaken his immune system.

His doctors didn’t want to take any chances, so they ordered Krayzie to cancel the rest of his gigs and head back to L.A. for treatment.

TMZ adds that sarcoidosis is the same condition that took the life of comedian Bernie Mac.

Krayzie says he’ll return to the North to make up for the dates he missed after he recovers. Get well, Krayzie Bone!
