It’s become cliche, but around here the only Christopher we acknowledge really is Wallace. With that in mind, the #IndigenousPeoplesDay hashtag is clapping back at Columbus Day, which has come to embody the jig.
The truth of the matter is Christopher Columbus got lost on his was to India, and because of it—and enslavement, theft, rape and murder—millions of indigenous people ended up getting wiped from the map.
