Here’s another backstory. When Durant first announced his departure, Westbrook was mum about it the day that it happened. But now it has been reported that he did throw a subtle shot at him. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Westbrook said that their former teammate Kendrick Perkins used to call players “cupcake” in the locker room if they were acting soft.
