Chili’s is getting side-eyed after a manager denied an African-American Army vet a free meal on Veteran’s Day because a Trump supporter questioned his service.
The bullsh*t continues.
Fox 4 News in Dallas is reporting that an African-American Army veteran Ernest Walker was confronted by a Trump supporter at a Cedar Pines, Tx. Chili’s restaurant questioning his military service.
After that, he says a manager at the restaurant came to his table to question his service as well, even though he provided him with the proper documentation. After a few more minutes of going back and forth, the manager ultimately packed up Walker’s food and left, asking him to leave.
Walker recorded the ordeal and later posted a Facebook video detailing what happened.
This kind of foolishness was happening before Trump got in office. But we should probably expect even more now.
