Serena Williams solidified her status as the greatest athlete of her generation by winning the Australian Open this weekend.
Serena defeated her sister Venus Williams in straight sets in the singles finals. The victory earned her the 23rd Grand Slam title of her illustrious career. The win not only got her another trophy, but it also got her a special delivery from the greatest athlete of his generation, Michael Jordan.
Serena was gifted with a special box set of Air Jordans featuring the NikeCourt Flare AJ1 and a black and pink pair of Air Jordan 1s with a “23” on the heel.
