Soulja Boy took a plea deal in his felony weapons possession case and will take probation instead of jail time.

Big Soulja originally entered a not guilty plea switched it over to no contest. So instead of potentially doing four years behind bars, he will now have five years probation that includes a mandatory 240 hours of community service and an order to stay away from both real and fake guns.

The 26-year old rapper was arrested back in December when police found a Mini Draco AR-IS, and a .45 caliber Glock at his Southern California home. They were tipped off by an anonymous Crime Stoppers call saying that he was making threats with the guns on the internet. You may remember, it was the time he flashed the Draco and a pink gun sending threats at Migos and a host of other individuals on Instagram. He did not get the memo that Dracos are illegal in California and was charged with felony gun possession.

The arrest came right as his probation for a 2014 gun charge was coming to an end.
