Kodak Black is a free man, for now. The Florida rapper was released from jail today (June 5).
Born Dieuson Octave, the “SKRT” rapper was released from the Broward County Jail on Monday morning.
Despite recently getting sentenced to a year in jail for violating his house arrest, Kodak was able to finesse an early release thanks to a plea bargain.
He’s not completely out of the woods yet. Kodak Black is still facing a sexual assault charge in South Carolina.
