It seems French Montana is putting his money up for a great cause. The Bronx rapper, by way of Morocco, is moving forward with his long rumored health facility in Uganda.

Since the explosion of his hit single “Unforgettable,” the community of Uganda has found a special place in French’s heart. Shot on site in the Kampala section of the East African country, the music video features a very memorable performance by the Ghetto Kids dance group. To date the song has garnered over 200 million views on Youtube. Additionally, the triplets graced the cover of VIBE magazine with the Bad Boy rapper.

Now his support of Uganda is stretching past just providing media exposure. Recently on his Instagram Montana shared footage of the medical facility he is building alongside frequent collaborator and friend The Weeknd. The post shows the building site which will house a medical staff and eventually provide over 200,000 locals with proper healthcare.

French delighted in the progress saying, “WOW !! I love hip hop and the platform it gave me. Things like this make all the blood sweat and tears worth it. I really had to stop talking and take action. Still amazed at the process! I can’t take all the credit shout out to @mama_hope@glblctzn and my brother @theweekndand the beautiful people of Uganda 🙏🙏”.

According to the coordinator giving the tour, the facility should have walls and a roof in the next two weeks. No word on an actual ceremonial opening date.
