The “Amen” rapper’s lawyer has been telling anyone who will listen that the judge who sent Meek back to the bing, Genece Brinkley, has had a vendetta against him all along.

A Care2 petition has started that has over 20,000 signatures and hopes to have the judge who sentenced him disbarred.

Part of the message reads, “She sends everybody to jail for probation violations, even when black men are trying to do right. She just sends people away because she can and these people are out here doing the right thing. She is bitter and doesn’t need to be a judge controlling someone else’s life!! #FreeMeek #FreeMeek #FreeMeek #FreeMeek”

It also cites the copious amounts of police officers who killed Black men yet have not served time.

The petition does mention Meek’s failed drug tests but makes no mention of the dismissed cases (reckless driving, for example) that the judge surely considered).

No word on which prison Meek Mill will be incarcerated in just yet.

Let us know what you think about Meek Mill’s fate in the comments.
