As the saga continues for Diddy, aka Sean Combs, a lawsuit filed against him now lists problematic actor Cuba Gooding Jr. as a co-defendant.

Cuba Gooding Jr. will avoid jail time as he entered a guilty plea to the charge of forcibly touching a woman at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019. The deal will also see his criminal record wiped clean if he meets other conditions, including finishing an alcohol treatment program.
The latest allegation stems from an incident that took place in 2013 according to the accuser.
