A Las Vegas judge has decided not to dismiss the murder case against Duane "Keffe D" Davis in the slaying of Tupac "2Pac" Shakur.
Keefe D’s opportunity to defend his name has been set. His murder trial has been scheduled for next summer.
Keffe D appeared in court this week at a Nevada Court. He has formally plead not guilty to the murder of Tupac Shakur.
