ESPN's First Take co-host Stephen A. Smith hates marijuana with a notable passion, and went on a classic rant that Twitter clowned viciously.

Twista and a few of his associates faced charges in Indiana after they were nabbed by authorities back in March for possessing a half-ounce of marijuana. It was announced Tuesday that the charges would be dropped after the driver of the vehicle claimed responsibility for possession of the drug.

Wiz Khalifa now has his very own exclusive weed-related products line courtesy of a new partnership with Colorado-based RiverRock Cannabis. This is the Pittsburgh rapper’s first foray into the regulated cannabis industry and his line will include his own strains of the leaf and other connected items.


Bill Furay, head of the Beaumont,Texas Drug Enforcement Agency, must’ve inspired his teenage daughter to get into the business. After busting tons of traffickers in his day, Furay may have been surprised to find out that his own chid is a young drug lord. 


Authorities seized 12 tons of marijuana and arrested 21 people Wednesday (Oct. 21) in connection with an elaborate drug tunnel on the U.S.-Mexico border. The tunnel fronted in a warehouse near San Diego was equipped with a ventilation, and rail system.

Late last month, a church in Indiana that promotes marijuana smoking and culture was given tax-exempt status as a religious organization. The state’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act was established to allow for religious freedom in the state and has given way to alternative styles of churches to flourish.
