Cory Booker is still facing backlash over his comments on Meet The Press, slamming President Obama’s campaign tactics, and now a member of his team has abruptly quit. Booker’s  communications director has resigned in wake the fading controversy.

Less than a week after making statements slamming President Obama, Cory Booker has found himself involved in more controversy—this time over comments posted on Twitter. The Newark, N.J.  mayor lashed out at the government in his state, over their drug  policy, which he says targets black men.

The Newark N.J. woman who was saved from  a burning building, says that she owes her life to Mayor Cory Booker. In an interview with local news station, My9 TV, just before she was released from the hospital, Zina Hodge, expressed her gratitude towards Booker, who pulled her from her bedroom and  carried her to safety.
