Keeping that same energy, the Odd Future co-founder's latest album, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 charts and he seemingly trolled DJ Khaled via social media as a result.


Congratulations are in order for Tyler, the Creator as he’s finally landed at the top of the Billboard mountain with his latest project IGOR, beating out DJ Khaled’s latest effort in Father of Asahd for the chart-topping honors.

Cole topped the Billboard 200 after selling 360,000 copies of his third album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive with very minimal promotion and no singles on the radio. To quote Young Simba himself, maybe [the industry] needs to “stop serving trash?”

It happened a bit tardily, but J. Cole‘s sophomore album, Born Sinner, is now the no. 1 album in the country. Also worth noting, Cole’s new album has now sold more total copies than Kanye West’s latest project, Yeezus.

Wale has the No. 1 record in the country with The Gifted. The MMG rapper’s third album sold 158,000 copies its first week while its nearest competitor was J. Cole’s Born Sinner, which sold 84,000 units.
