Prosecutors with the District Attorney's office in Los Angeles declined to press on with charges of sexual assault against T.I. and Tiny, citing that the allegations from the 2005 incident fall outside of the statute of limitations in the state.
Among the charges of bribery and physical abuse, along with an alleged 17-year-old boy counted among the victims with the crimes dating back as early as 1991.
The incidents occurred in 2015 and 2017, with the jailed singer having sex with a minor girl and a woman in two different instances without disclosing his status.
