J.C. Penney CEO Ron Johnson announced it plans on hiring the top fashion exec after cleaning house, having fired four execs in charge of finance for the nationally retailed clothing franchise. Only time will tell what fruits the new partnership bares, one thing is for sure, the move makes J.C. Penney a hot topic in the fashion world.
