An 83-year-old Brooklyn man is being charged with assault and menacing after police say he attacked a 99-year-old  man in a parking lot dispute.

Gersh Gofman is accused of using his “The Club” security device to beat 99-year-old Steve Pulwers.

The dispute happened after Pulwers asked the younger man to move his car because he was blocking the entrance to his apartment building’s parking lot where a practicing doctor was waiting to get in.

Gofman refused however, exited the car and began to beat the man with “The Club.”

“When he came out of his car, he punched me between the eyes and broke my nose,” Pulwers said to WPIX-TV. “Then he threw me on the ground and I told him to get off me.”

The doctor waiting to park called police.

Pulwers also says that Gofman threatened to come back and “cut his balls off.”

Pulwers turns 100 in two months and was taken to the hospital with a broken nose and broken ribs.
