Jamaican singer Sean Kingston is being accused of sexual assault.
An unidentified woman told police that the 20-year-old reggae fusion star assaulted her after a recent concert in Seattle.
Police report that the incident occurred at the Crown Plaza hotel Sunday night at an after party for his performance.
Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that two women joined Kingston in his hotel room toting beer and vodka.
One of the women was reportedly “very aggressive” and had sex with Kingston and then proceeded to have sex with two other men in the room after he left.
The other unidentified woman reportedly had sex with someone else in the room as well.
A hotel manager for the Plaza confirmed to TMZ that an “incident” occurred and the local fire department says that the women—ages 19 and 20, were taken to a hospital where rape tests were conducted.
The women were also reportedly tested for Rufinol, the “date rape” drug but those results are pending.
The website says police initially asked Kingston to come in for an interview but have determined that the case is not credible and no interview is necessary.
His accuser is expected to file a civil lawsuit.
