Bun B Confirms Teaching Class At Rice University [Photo]

Hip-hop vet Bun B has been schooling wack rappers for almost two decades and now the UnderGround King is taking his lesson plan to the classroom.

Bun has confirmed via his Twitter account that he will be an assistant professor at Rice University (Houston, Texas) for the upcoming school semester.

Today Bun proudly announced,

“Co-teaching Hip Hop and Religious Studies at Rice University this spring! Undergrads enroll!”


The rapper also offered this picture of his spiffy new employee ID.

 

In a recent interview with XXL, Bun B talked about his possible teaching gig and mulled over his plans saying he will have a box on his desk for demos and relaying,

"I will be looking to see who's in class everyday; you may get priority for perfect attendance.  Pay attention to me, I'ma pay attention to you."
