Will.i.am Defends His Music: “Fawk A Quotable”
Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am is defending his music from critics who question his role as a rapper.
The producer sat down for an interview with The Source and says that he doesn't care what anyone thinks, he's still a Hip-Hop artist.
“I'm like, 'Cool. It's not crowded. Y'all n*ggas stay over there. Fawk a quotable. I ain't trying to make other rappers be like, 'Yo, that n*ggas nice.' I don't give a Fawk. I did that when I was 19, 20, 21. I don't wanna do that no more."
Will.i.am was also scolded for his outfit on the 2010 Video Music Awards where he appeared in “black face” for a performance with Nicki Minaj.
