Musically, Talib Kweli and Maino couldn’t be more polar opposites, but the two Brooklynites link together over some 9th Wonder production for “To The Music.” This record can be found on Talib Kweli’s new mixtape Attack The Block.
This is a pretty peculiar paring for Kweli, but it’s not anything out of the ordinary for one half of the Black Star duo. Kweli has recently collaborated with the likes of Gucci Mane, which drew the ire of much of his hardcore fanbase. Not saying that Maino is Gucci Mane, but you can’t go wrong with 9th on the boards and Talib spitting. Hit the jump to listen and download.
