In 2012, with the Do-it-yourself mantra taking over the game and presence on the internet being more important than ever, independent labels are the new majors.
As recently as last week however, Jonny Shipes’ Cinematic Music Group inked a new deal with SONY Red that would include label services, management, touring and merchandising.
