As the small town of Newtown, Conn. tries to heal from the shooting massacre that took the lives of 20 innocent children, and seven adults, the media is getting first images of some of the victims.

The first of the funerals for those killed will be held today.

Jack Pinto, 6, will be laid to rest today, along with Noah Pozner, who was the same age. Pinto was a New York Giants fan, and looked up to player Victor Cruz. His parents were said to be considering burying the child in Cruz’s jersey.

Pozner, and his twin sister, both attended Sandy Hook Elementary. When the shooting broke out, the sister was in a different classroom. “He was just a really lively, smart kid,” said his uncle, Alexis Haller. “He would have become a great man, I think. He would have grown up to be a great dad.”

All of the victims have been identified, and many of their photos have been made public.

As previously reported, President Obama traveled to Newtown, to address the nation, including family members of those killed in the tragedy. “He really made us feel like she really was a hero and that everyone should know it,” said Carlos Soto, brother of 27-year-old Victoria Soto, a teacher at the school praised for doing her best to protect students from the violence.

After killing his mother, students, and faculty members at Sandy Hook, 20-year-old Adam Lanza turned the gun on himself. His motive has not been unvieled.
