The $10 million lawsuit filed against Mac Miller by Lord Finesse has been settled, HipHopDX.com reports.

According to court documents obtained by the website,  Miller and Finesse have ended the short-lived battle over the song “Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza.”

A legal truce was reached last month with U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman of the Southern District Court of New York presiding over the matter. However, the terms of the settlement have not been made public, and neither Miller nor Finesse have released statements on the legal battle.

Finesse alleged that the Pennsylvania native unlawfully used the instrumental from his “Hip 2 The Game” track. He also named online mixtape distribution site, Datpiff.com, in the suit. In response, Miller went on Twitter to set the record straight, writing in part that he “made that record and video as nothing more than an 18-year-old kid who wanted to rhyme and pay homage, no other intentions.” He also detailed reaching out to Finesse to “clear the air,” but got no response.

Miller was even interested in a potential collaboration with the lauded Hip-Hop figure, and now that they've reached a settlement, working together may not be out of the question.

If everyone sued over instrumentals used on mixtapes then there wouldn't be any mixtapes. that was kind of a birch move
