Now that J. Cole has established himself as a prevalent figure in Hip-Hop, he hopes to provide a platform for his Dreamville clique.

The first up to bat is Bas, who you may have heard on Born Sinner bonus track “New York Times.” He also has a song featuring the “Power Trip” rapper and KQuick called “Lit” that we receive a visual for today.

A mellow sample from Miguel’s “Do You…,” makes this cut a worthy alternative to the turn-up anthems that summer is known for.

Justin Benoliel manned the camera for the treatment. Matt Chavez handled the cinematography.

“Lit” appears on Bas’s Quarter Water Raised Me Vol. II project. The mixtape dons 16-tracks in total, and features production by Ced, Calvin Harris, Clams Casino and more. Download it here.

See the video for “Lit” below.
