Earlier this week, VIBE unveiled an interview with producer Noah “40” Shebib, the man responsible for much of Drake’s sound. During the discussion, the Toronto native revealed a few artist he’d like to collaborate with — Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, and N.O.R.E.

Shebib feels like he and Drake successfully made the album they’ve been trying to create for some time with Nothing Was The Same. Because of that, he’s open to other options like working with new artists. When asked who, Shebib replied, “N.O.R.E. I want to f*ck with Ghostface, Raekwon.

He continued, “I want to bring my sound and do what I know I can do with rap.” When word spread, it didn’t take long fro some of the MCs he mentioned to express their mutual want to collab.

Both N.O.R.E. and Ghostface responded to Shebib via Twitter. The former wrote, “Thx @OVO40 this week imma hit u and hope on that flight salute.” The Wu-Tang Clan legend shared those sentiments in his response. “@VibeMagazine @OVO40 Let’s Make that Happen My Dude !!! The Kid Got Mega Darts to Splash On Tracks ..,” he replied in typical Wu fashion.

That’s the power of social media folks. Stay tuned for what comes out of this, and cross your fingers in hopes that Raekwon will also reply. See N.O.R.E. and Ghostface’s tweets on the following pages.
