Top-tier running back Ray Rice has been cut from the Baltimore Ravens roster, expeditiously.
Karma caught up with the Super Bowl champ after a video released this morning (September 8) brought clarity to the ambiguity surrounding a confrontation between he and his now wife, Janay Palmer, in an Atlantic City elevator back in February. Amid what looks like an argument, Palmer charged at Rice, but was stopped in tracks by a vicious punch to the face.
The NFL clearly didn’t take kindly to the new discovery, as the league claims to have never seen the footage before it released today, despite a thorough investigation.
News of Rice getting cut from the team comes courtesy of ESPN, leaving no inkling that this is hearsay.
