Low key, Dom Kennedy is one of the most polarizing artists in rap. Fans think he is the second coming of Too $hort, haters think he is the laziest rapper alive.

Dom Kennedy‘s latest project Los Angeles Is Not For Sale Vol. 1 just hit the web and people are already writing 140 character reviews on it. On the opening track “Let The Money Burn” Dom has a line where he says “I don’t f*ck with rap, it’s only temporary.” From the looks of it, people are taking that statement to heart.

Kennedy has always been criticized for his very laid back flow. Some say it’s what makes him “cool,” others have said it simply shows wack and disinterested he is. Say what you will, Kennedy must be doing something right. He’s dropped three albums and eight mixtapes since 2008. Surely, he wouldn’t keep making music if hardly anyone liked or bought it.

Los Angeles Is Not For Sale Vol 1. is currently available wherever music is bought and streamed.

Checkout what people are already saying about the project within 12 hours of it dropping.
