B.o.B. A/K/A Bobby Ray Readies GrandHustle Debut


B.o.B. aka Bobby Ray is in the lab putting the finishing touches on his debut LP B.o.B. PRESENTS THE ADVENTURES OF BOBBY RAY.

Signed to joint partnership deal with super producer Jim Jonsin’s Rebel Rock Entertainment and T.I.’s Grand Hustle labels respectively with Atlantic Records, the ATL wonder kid who raps and sings is producing the majority of the album by himself. Currently featured on T.I.’s latest album Paper Trail on the track “On Top Of the World” featuring Ludacris, Bobby Ray stated:

“I just want to show people that there are endless possibilities of what you can do. You don’t just have to be a rapper, you don’t just have to be a trapper; you can be anything you want to be and whatever you do, just love it and it will show.”

B.o.B. aka Bobby Ray has also joined the upcoming “Great Hangover Tour” with Asher Roth and Kid Cudi. The tour kicks off on July 17th at Cleveland’s House of Blues and will include stops in Atlanta, Houston and Washington, D.C.

In related news, Bobby Ray will be among the artists performing at the 17th annual ESPYs, which will be taped Wednesday, July 15th at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre and televised Sunday, July 19th at 9 pm ET on ESPN.

The MC also recently teamed up with Reebok on a unique reinterpretation of A Tribe Called Quest’s classic “Bonita Applebum” in celebration of the Reebok Classic Remix collection. The track – titled “Put Me On” – is available for download exclusively to customers who purchase styles from the Reebok Classic Remix collection at Foot Locker stores nationwide.
