This October, Nelly will star as the centerpiece of an ensemble cast for Millennium Entertainment’s Reach Me. The film revolves around the inspirational energy channeled from a self-help book that touches the lives of many of the film’s characters, most who happened to be interlinked in some way.

In the recently released trailer, Nelly is seen given a promotional pep talk on an infomercial for the book, which is said to have been written by a reclusive former football coach. It is inferred that the multi-platinum rapper is portraying a ball player whose game was revitalized by the teachings of the book and much of the cast including Sylvester Stallone, Terry Crews, Kelsey Grammar and Kyra Sedgwick set out to find the author’s true identity.
