The Fantastic Four is getting a reboot and from the looks of the official teaser trailer, it’s a bit too early to call. But we’re leaning towards Marvel done doing it again. In a good way, not in those past suspect Fantastic Four films—except for the Silver Surfer—kind of way.
FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
Yeah, Michael B. Jordan, a Black man, was cast as the Human Torch. You mad? Also, that reporter from House of Cards (no spoilers) is Sue Storm.
