The cast of Empire doesn’t really need to debunk unfounded rumors that there is drama on the set after this latest compilation has went viral. Jussie Smollet and Bryshere Y. Gray who play Jamal and Hakeem Lyon respectively, have an ongoing gag where they catch Taraji P. Henson at her most candid moments, to which they’re usually rewarded with a loud “I hate you” battle cry.
Earlier in the month, widespread gossip sites claimed that Henson and her longtime co-star and friend Terrence Howard “couldn’t stand” to be around one another when the FOX cameras were rolling. That rumor was shut with a mock fight between the two actors on Instagram.
