NBA player and part-time podcast host Draymond Green thinks Nicki Minaj has LeBron James’ name in her mouth too much.

In a recent episode of his “Dray Day” podcast, Green discussed the ongoing Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma beef. He let it be known that he respected Nicki for stepping down from her throne and responding to Remy’s “Shether” with “No Frauds,” but wasn’t too fond of her getting both Lil Wayne and Drake to appear on the song too.

“Me personally, I can’t really view it as a diss song,” said Green. “I can only view it as Nicki threw some shots in a song. Because you got Wayne on there, and I don’t even know what Wayne was talking about on there. And then you got Drake on there, they’re really just rapping.”

Upon release of the track, Nicki herself even admitted that it wasn’t a diss song, but a hit song.

Green is also taking exception to Nicki namedropping his on-court foe and off-court business partner LeBron James, again.

On the song Nicki raps, “They say numbers don’t matter but when they discussin’ the kings/They turn around and say LeBron ain’t got six rings.” This is the third time in a year that Nicki has referenced LeBron in a song. The other two offenses came on DJ Khaled’s “Do You Mind” and DJ Mustard’s “Don’t Hurt Me.”

“Is Nicki Minaj gonna mention [LeBron James] in every song?” said Green. “Every song she’s released since June 2016, it’s something about LeBron in it. I mean LeBron is great, but Jesus Christ, at some point it just becomes too repetitive.”

Green’s “Dray Day” podcast is presented by UNINTERRUPTED, a company that LeBron owns.
