Brisco Surrenders To Police; Alleged Assault Caught On Camera

Florida rapper, Brisco may have a tough time proving that he was in Haiti at the time he was accused of assaulting 18-year-old Giovanni Nagy since the victim’s mother took pictures of the act while it occurred.

Brisco, whose real name is British Alexander Mitchell, surrendered to authorities today and faces assault charges.

Earlier this week, Mitchell’s label mate Billy Blue claimed that the rapper was with him in Haiti at the time of the beating but according to the Miami Herald, Brisco’s threatening text messages to Nagy prove otherwise.

Brisco came to Giovanni’s apartment for reasons still unknown and was met by the victim’s mother as she attempted to calm him down.

Nagy came outside to defend his mother and that is when the battery took place. The rapper was taken to the Miami-Dade County jail and faces one count of aggravated battery.
