LL Cool J’s storied run in Hip-Hop has no signs of slowing down as the legendary Queens MC  is among the coveted list of 12 artists that could be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 2010.   With 11 albums under his belt, James Todd Smith’s competition includes esteemed artists in their own lanes including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Genesis, Jimmy Cliff, Donna Summer,  ABBA and Kiss.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly 24 years since Mr. I’m Bad walked on the scene with his radio.   Only five acts will be chosen for the 25th induction ceremony scheduled for March 15, 2010 in New York.  The selected inductees will be announced in December.  For more information on voting for t LL’s induction into the Hall, log on to http://www.rockhall.com/.
