Rick Ross’ Pitbull Attack Lawsuit Dismissed
A lawsuit claiming that Rick Ross’ pitbulls attacked and killed a neighbor’s dog has been dismissed.
As previously reported an Atlanta woman filed a lawsuit against Ross after his pets reportedly escaped from Ross’ yard and attacked her Yorkshire terrier named Banks.
The attack left “3 large bite wounds on Banks’ back” and a “very large bite wound on his neck” back in April and the animal’s injuries were so severe that it had to be euthanized.
Now however Ross is off the hook after a judge dismissed the case.
TMZ reports that the suit demanding more than $15,000 in damages and fees was dismissed after the owner failed to properly serve Ross with the suit.
Rick’s manager tells TMZ,
“We tried to do good business … we paid the vet bill … but it was an unfortunate accident that [Banks’ owner] tried to capitalize off of.”
Banks’ owner tells TMZ … she isn’t giving up … and vows to correct her mistake and eventually get justice for Banks.
