As The Dream prepares to release his new album for free tomorrow, he’s released a new track from the project.

As previously reported, the singer/songwriter is dropping his 1977 album that will feature eleven new tracks for free despite a lack of support from Def Jam Records.

Now the day before the project’s August 31 release date, Dream’s released a new track titled “Wake Me When It’s Over” where he speaks on a relationship gone sour. (Hmmm…Christina Milian maybe?)

“Got me taking, taking bullets…even though you knew it was over…”
