Man With Down Syndrome Beaten By Miami Police

Police brutality has reared its ugly head once again.

This time police in Miami-Dade, FL beat a 22-year-old man over a colostomy bag that was bulging out of his pants.

Gilberto Powell is recovering from injuries after Miami-Dade officers beat him outside of his home. Reports state the officers were attempting to handcuff, while trying to investigate the bulge in Powell’s waistband.
