Kobe Bryant To Play In Italy

NFL fans got a real scare that the season was in danger, but all parties involved worked it out. Now the basketball fanatics are receiving the biggest horror scene as the Italian basketball team Virtus Bologna claims they locked up NBA All-star guard Kobe Bryant to a deal.

Maybe Kobe is using this as a tactic to alert the NBA that there are other fish in other continents so they get their act together. But either way Virtus president Claudio Sabatini told a local radio station he had an economic deal done and a verbal agreement from the star Laker.

“There’s still some things to arrange but at this point I’m very optimistic. I would say it’s 95 percent done.”

Kobe lived in Italy from ages six to 13 and still speaks the language pretty fluently. He is reportedly signing to play 10 games for 3 million dollars. That’s not a bad deal.
