2 Chainz was arrested today at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport. TMZ reports that the Def Jam (and maybe G.O.O.D. Music) rapper got jammed taken away by po po after authorities found brass knuckles in his luggage. Brass. Knuckles.
Apparently 2 Necklaces was heading to a show in North Carolina until TSA agents discovered the contraband in his carry on bag (this is where we ask: Was it a duffle bag or a Louis Vuitton bag? both?). The police were called and the “Riot” rapper was taken into custody shortly before 2pm.
We also must note that TMZ referred to 2 Chainz as a “Kanye West’s rap prodigy.” Come on TMZ. We know y’all got better fact checkers than that. Peep the photo of a cuffed 2 Chainz below.
